This package is for the couple that doesn't have a lot of time to deal with all the intricate details of their wedding, and are happy and willing to put it into the hands of an expert. We will plan, design, and execute all the details of your wedding from start to finish. With this package you can relax and remain assured that your wedding will be a chic, unique, and luxurious event. Your guests will be left in a state of amazement and you and your honey will be left with the greatest memory of your lives!
This package is for couples that are practically professional wedding planners themselves, and are way too stylish to be seen organizing programs and running around at their own wedding. Besides, it’s your wedding day and you need to savor every moment.
The Behind the Fingertip Veil Package may include:
- Two hour meeting two weeks prior to wedding
- Confirm all contracts with vendors beginning two weeks prior to wedding
- Unlimited phone and email contact upon signing of contract
- Unlimited etiquette advice upon signing of contract
- Conduct Rehearsal
- Assistance in set up of programs, guest book, and any other decorative items
- Organize and cue processional
- Coordinate all vendors on site
- Assist in reception set-up
- Pay balances and gratuities to all vendors
- Collect all gifts and wedding day items
- Two additional wedding assistants
- Assistance with day after responsibilities

- Assistance in creating and executing custom theme, event design, and décor
- Attend and assist in selection vendors
- Negotiate, finalize, and confirm all contracts with vendors up until wedding date
- Assistance in selection of any necessary venues
- Secure rooms for out of town guests
- Create and prepare welcome packages for all out of town guests
- Assistance in preparing favors, stationery (save the date, invitations, menu cards, etc.), or floral arrangements.
- Assistance with selecting apparel
- Secure and arrange all transportation
- Creation of detailed itinerary for the week of your wedding
